Fuping is a place with a glorious revolutionary history, is our party and our army in the history of the establishment of the first piece of anti-japanese base behind enemy lines - Shanxi-Chahe-Hebei base capital, is the Shanxi-Chahe-Hebei border region political, military, cultural center. Marshal Nie Rongzhen and other older revolutionaries fought and lived here for 11 years. In April 1948, Chairman MAO led the central government from northern Shaanxi to Fuping's Chengnanzhuang, where he held an expanded meeting of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee to adjust the strategy of the Southern Front, laying a solid foundation for the victory of the three battles. I have been to Xibaipo many times, each time with reverence to the heart, with a lot of thinking. My generation, born shortly after the founding of new China, grew up under the red flag. We have a deep affection for the Party, the country and the people, and are deeply impressed by the Glorious history and fine conduct of our Party. Every jinggangshan, Yan 'an, Xibaipo and other revolutionary holy land, are a spiritual, ideological baptism. When Comrade MAO Zedong proposed the "two musts", he was indeed forward-looking. At that time, after 28 years of bloody struggle, our Party led the people and was on the verge of completing the historic task of encircling the cities with the countryside and finally winning the victory of the whole country. Facing this major historical turning point, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Comrade MAO Zedong deeply realized that they must ensure that all party members remain clear-headed in the face of victory, withstand the test of taking power after seizing national power, and prevent the danger of being complacent, greedy for pleasure, and detached from the masses, leading to the death of the people. We should continue to study and understand comrade MAO Zedong's profound thoughts and strategic considerations of "two musts". As soon as I came here, I was reminded of the eventful years during the revolutionary War. Yimeng is a red land, where countless heroic sons and daughters are born. The deeds of Yimeng six sisters, Yimeng mother and Yimeng red sister-in-law are very touching. Yimeng spirit, like Yan 'an spirit, Jinggangshan spirit and Xibaipo spirit, is the precious spiritual wealth of the party and the country.

Shaanxi-gansu-ningxia old revolutionary base area has a very important and special position in the history of our party. As a red revolutionary base created during the Agrarian Revolutionary War, it is the foothold of the Long March of the CPC Central Committee and the Red Army, and also the starting point of the Party leading the people's army to the anti-japanese front and the new China. During the 13 spring and autumn periods here, the CPC Central Committee led the national revolution with Yan 'an as the center, formulated and implemented a series of correct lines, principles and policies, achieved great development of revolutionary forces, led the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression to final victory, and laid a solid foundation for the victory of the New democratic Revolution. For the armed forces, the most important thing to do is to strengthen their faith and belief, and unswervingly uphold the Party's absolute leadership over the armed forces. Just now, when I visited the military History Museum, I was deeply impressed by the story of the "half belt" of 274 Regiment, 93rd Division of the Red 31st Army during the Long March. Red Army soldiers would rather starve than leave half of their belt behind and take it "to see Chairman MAO in Yan 'an". This is the power of belief, a vivid portrayal of "an iron heart following the Party". There are many red resources like this in the armed forces. We should make good use of them, enrich the connotation of the project to pass on the Red gene from generation to generation, strengthen education in party history, military history and glorious traditions, and ensure that officers and soldiers always listen to and follow the Party.

Ningxia is a red land with a glorious revolutionary tradition. In 1926, Ningxia established our Party organization. The Red Army fought in Ningxia during the Long March and the Westward Campaign. After that, the people of Ningxia made important contributions to the construction of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia revolutionary base area and the shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area, the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the victory of the Chinese Revolution. This time, we went to Jiangtai Fort and experienced the historical scene of the meeting of the three main forces of the Red Army. We were deeply educated once again. We must bear in mind the history of the revolution, pass on the revolutionary tradition, and use it to educate the broad masses of cadres and the general public and to educate generation after generation of young people.

Guangxi is an old revolutionary base area. Deng Xiaoping, Zhang Yunyi, Wei Tuoqun and other revolutionaries of the older generation led the Baise uprising and longzhou uprising on this red land, and established the Zuoyoujiang revolutionary base. From November 27, 1934 to early December, the tragic Xiangjiang Battle took place in Guangxi. Chongqing is a heroic land with a glorious revolutionary tradition. It was here that Comrade MAO Zedong held the Chongqing Negotiations that decided China's future and destiny; it was here that Comrade Zhou Enlai led the Southern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee in a resolute struggle against reactionary forces; and it was here that Comrade Deng Xiaoping led the Southwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee in a great deal of pioneering work. A large number of awe-inspiring and high-minded Communists emerged in Chongqing, such as Zhao Shiyan and others who were firm in faith and not afraid of sacrifice; Wang Liang and others who were brave and skillful in battle and made great achievements; Jiang Zhuyun, Wang Pu and Chen Ran and others who were unyielding and never rebelled against the party; Qiu Shaoyun, a battle hero who was strict in discipline and brave in sacrifice; and so on. During the War of Liberation, many Chinese Communists imprisoned in Refuse Pit and Bai Mansion withstood various tortures, sacrificed their precious lives for the cause of Chinese people's liberation without yielding, which condensed into the "Red Rock spirit". Chongqing should use these red resources to educate and guide party members and officials to firm up their ideals and beliefs, develop a noble and righteous spirit, strengthen the "four awareness", strengthen the "four confidence", and safeguard the "two principles", and always maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in its political stance, direction, principles, and path.

We must bear in mind where the red power came from and how the New China was founded. We should cherish all the more the socialism with Chinese characteristics created by our Party, and strengthen our confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture. The revolutionary ideal is above heaven. Once ignited, the fire of ideals and beliefs will never be extinguished. In the Central Soviet Area and on the way of the Long March, the Party and the Red Army relied on their firm ideals and convictions and strong revolutionary will to survive from despair to despair, grow stronger and stronger, and finally win the victory, creating incredible miracles. We must not forget the Party's original aspiration and mission, nor its revolutionary ideals and purposes. We must continue to hold high the banner of the revolution, carry forward the great Spirit of the Long March, and forge ahead toward the goal of national rejuvenation. Today, on our new Long March, to overcome major risks and challenges both at home and abroad and win new victories for socialism with Chinese characteristics, we must still rely on the firm ideals and convictions of the whole Party and all the Chinese people as well as the strong revolutionary will.

The revolutionary ideal is above heaven. The heroic stories of revolutionary martyrs are sung everywhere in Jiangxi. "The enemy can only cut off our head, never shake our faith", this is fang Zhimin sacrifice left clank zheng oath. Yoo in-kan, a martyr who was brutally cut off by his enemies before his death, wrote "Long live the success of the Revolution" with his foot dipped in blood. Jiang Shanzhong martyr left a note of blood, "death to the underworld do not turn back, protect the Communist Party for thousands of years." Revolutionary martyrs die generously for ideals and convictions, relying on faith. Today, there are fewer tests of life and death like those of the war years, but great struggles with new historical characteristics are still going on. We are confronted with an arduous test of major challenges, major risks, major obstacles and major contradictions. Without firm ideals and beliefs, we will lose our way in the complex environment of chaotic cloud flying, retreat and escape under the huge pressure of Tai Shan pressing the top, and surrender under the repeated bombing of sugar-coated shells. We want to draw strong faith from red gene power, strengthen the consciousness of "four", "four confidence", "two maintenance", consciously make communism broad ideal and the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics of the firm faith and faithful practitioners, really be indomitable, don't regret for life of marxist fighter.

Revolutionary victories are never handed down from heaven, they are won with blood and sacrifice. In the 28 years of bloody fighting in hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area, 200,000 men and women in the Dabie Mountains sacrificed their precious lives, and more than 130,000 martyrs were registered. In Xinxian county with a population of less than 100,000 at that time, 55,000 people died for the revolution. Henan is also home to a large number of heroes. Yang Jingyu, Peng Xuefeng and Ji Hongchang were all heroes and martyrs from Henan. We should study the history of the Party and the new History of China, make good use of red resources, and increase the effectiveness of Party spirit education. Shanxi is also a place with a glorious revolutionary tradition. It is the location of the headquarters of the Eighth Route Army and one of the main battlefields of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. Shanxi established the Anti-japanese base areas of Shansi-Suiyuan, Shanxi-Cha-Hebei, Shanxi-Hebei-Lu-Henan, and is famous at home and abroad for the great victory of Pingxing Pass and the hundred Regiments Battle. All these should be fully exploited and utilized to provide spiritual strength for the development of Shanxi with rich and colorful historical and cultural and red cultural resources.

In 1935, Chairman MAO led the Red Army to move to Ningxia, leaving behind the red story of "Night talk of The Single family". In 1936, the first and second Red Army successfully joined forces in Jiangtai Fort. The Long March of the Red Army left precious red memories in Ningxia. You should use these red resources to educate Party members and officials to carry on the red gene and embark on the Long March of the new era.

Jilin has a glorious revolutionary tradition. During the War of Resistance against Japan, under extremely harsh conditions, General Yang Jingyu led the anti-japanese armed forces braved the cold of minus 40 degrees Celsius, fought bloody battles with several times as many enemies as himself, and sacrificed his stomach full of withered grass, bark, cotton, without a grain of food. His deeds shocked people. During the War of Liberation, the Party led the people's army to play a number of triumphal songs here. The people of Jilin also made great contributions in the war of resisting The United States and aiding Korea.
